Is everyone free to live as they wish in every aspect? Although everyone desires independence, I sadly say that none of us are completely free. Is it necessary to be 100% free? Well, that's a whole other discussion.
So, is everyone free to the extent they desire? If we can master it, why not? Life is a matter of choices. If we know what to choose, where, and when to live the best for ourselves, that's enough. However, trying to change external factors to achieve this can be very exhausting. Those who want to struggle can go ahead.
People who have chosen to embark on a journey to themselves prefer to see themselves instead of changing external factors, and their understanding is different. They know that when they change themselves, their world changes. While some of us are not even aware of this, others might be aware but still avoid it, and some simply succeed. Let’s focus on those who succeed.
I believe we all agree that successful people possess discipline and willpower. But then, you might ask, how will I succeed in something if I don't have the willpower for it? Let’s look at what we can do through examples. For instance, let’s say you’re a student studying for an exam, and you need to study, but you can’t focus. At this point, you should look at your positive gains. What do you want to do when you’re not studying? Everyone has different positive gains. In our example, let's say it’s spending time with friends. Since spending time with friends reflects a positive gain, we need to focus on this thought. You could either spend time with your friends and not study at all, or you might get stuck, unable to study or spend time with them. In this case, the subject you want to succeed in will be buried in history. If we take control of our emotions, we can set a goal to study that day and meet with friends the next day. Since the brain will be programmed accordingly, it will take action to achieve the next goal. This is our concrete example, but not all situations we encounter are related to generating an output. Feeling valuable is also a success. It’s obvious that we don’t always feel valuable. When we don’t feel valuable, we need to look at the situation as if we were a third person. What makes us feel invaluable? What are the positive gains here? For example, let’s say someone feels worthless when they fail. You might ask, what kind of positive gain can come from this? If a person observes their emotions, they can see what they gain from them. For example, they may gain the benefit of being productive in order to always experience the feeling of worthiness. If a person gains productivity from a negative place, they trap themselves in a cycle. They keep struggling but never even reach the satisfaction of feeling valuable. If a person gained the ability to be productive from a positive emotion, the example might be like this: they love people and based on this emotion, they become productive.
As I said, life is a matter of choices. Even though we have only focused on one positive gain here, we actually have at least five or six positive gains. If we can see these, we can create our own free space. Sometimes, when we think on a mental level, we can immediately make it happen, and being aware is enough. However, to change what exists in our deeper energy fields, we need to change our subconscious mind. There are many ways to do this, of course, for those who choose. Systems like Reiki, theta healing, Jaas, etc., exist for this purpose.
Don't you want to succeed in any field? When you don't want to succeed, what kind of positive gains could you have? I suggest you take a look. A salute to those who dedicate a lifetime to this, as they are those who not only improve themselves but also beautify every place they live in. For all humanity, I wish that you always have positive emotions and positive gains, no matter the circumstances.
With love.
