WHAT FREQUENCY ARE YOU VIBRATING ON?

Everything in the universe has a frequency. According to experts, not only physical things but also our thoughts, emotions, the words we use, the books we read, the movies we watch, the music we listen to, the spaces we occupy, objects, even our consciousness and collective consciousness all have a frequency. Therefore, everything has a vibrational field. Perhaps this is why we often choose to leave a place whose vibrational field we do not like, or decide whether or not to continue a conversation with someone based on how we feel about their vibrational field.

Isn’t it the same with the music we listen to? Some songs make us feel really good from the very first listen, with their lyrics and melody, while others can instantly lower our mood. It is said that frequency is measured in the unit "Hertz." If you are curious about frequencies like I am, I recommend looking into the map of consciousness by American scientist Dr. David Hawkins, who has done extensive research on frequencies, Frederick Dadson’s Levels of Energy, and Pierre Franckh’s Law of Resonance.

Hawkins and Dadson both indicate that at the bottom of the scale, the lowest frequencies are guilt and shame. Fear, anger, numbness, and pride are also different levels of low frequencies. Of course, most of us always want to be in higher frequencies because, in addition to making us feel good, high frequencies offer special moments when we can easily manifest our desires, dreams, and goals. So, can we always stay at a high frequency? Is it possible? Should we worry when our frequency drops? What should we do to raise our frequency? These are the questions that immediately come to mind.

The topic of frequencies has greatly caught my attention in recent years. In his book The Law of Resonance, Pierre Franckh talks about how everything and everyone that resonates with us inevitably falls under our influence, and everything that resonates with us is pulled into our life effortlessly. Just like a radio frequency, if there is a broadcast in a frequency that doesn’t attract our interest, we would prefer to change it, but if it’s music we love, we are drawn to it.

He mentions in his book that when our energy encounters a vibration that aligns with our own, it will always make us feel happier, more joyful, and more peaceful. We all have moments where we feel high energy or low frequencies, because we are human. In such moments, what do you do? Do you allow that high energy to excite you, or do you run from it in fear? When you feel sad, hopeless, or helpless, do you rush to move to a more peaceful space, or do you surrender to that feeling for a while? Or do you have various options to distance yourself from that emotional state?

For instance, taking a walk in nature, having a conversation with a friend who has a strong sense of humor, laughing out loud, sipping your favorite coffee, getting lost in the pages of a book, getting excited by seeing a place you’ve never been before, learning a new language, loving an animal and becoming its companion—these might help us shift to a different frequency… At least let’s try. As we move into a brand new year, let’s add at least one beautiful thing to our lives that will raise our frequency. What do you think? I believe that our country and our planet need high-frequency souls who resonate with awareness, peace, joy, creativity, and love. With just a few days left to welcome 2023, I wish everyone a year where they choose to be a high-frequency person, meet such people and places. May 2023 come with love, health, joy, and peace.

Happy New Year…
