THE GAMES OF THE MIND

I don’t think there is a more challenging and exciting adventure than self-discovery. I call this life. Walking the path of life is sometimes painful, like filling your heart with nightmares with every breath you take, making it feel like a million needles are piercing you all at once, just so that you can be yourself. If you have a deep-rooted trauma of insecurity, you might understand what I mean. While your mind tries to assemble beautiful puzzles and present you with beautiful scenarios, you waste your energy on dark places just to enjoy life, and your body, mind, and spirit become exhausted.

If you have truly close friends, sharing can ease all your paranoias. Maybe you even realize that you’re blaming yourself, all thanks to those wonderful friends. The presence of good, reliable friends can only go so far; the darkness of the mind still wants to play the game madly, despite everything. Even if friends touch your heart, if you have burdens you cannot bear and if you deeply feel the trauma of insecurity, it is hard not to hear the cry of your heart.

You actually know, a part of you is aware of everything: that you’ve created things that aren’t there, and then you settle down a little bit. You continue to live enjoyably until you forget the various things happening around you, until yourself reminds you, “Hey, wake up, how did you forget your doubts? How did you let them go? We’re here, come, let’s continue doing the puzzle.” And you start to go along again. You become so worn out, so exhausted, that you open your heart to God and say, “My Lord, please take this burden from me,” crying your heart out. You call out spiritually to whoever can help you, and you recite all your prayers. Then you catch a glimpse of it, you feel that this is a game, and your mind wants to play it.

Being aware of yourself, while walking the path that leads to your essence, still searches for negativity both inside and out. You meditate and do meditation after meditation, and you do get there. If there is a tightly gripped frequency of insecurity in your energy field, you will engage in very tough struggles. When you realize that it’s all about you, you’re one step closer to winning and approaching your essence. Especially if a person with strong intuition has a trauma of insecurity, healing isn’t that easy. I know, full submission to God will save you; moving forward on that path will lift the mask of the false self and bring you closer to your essence. The secret feelings that eat away at you from within can be left behind right there. The only beauty that will prevent you from chasing the games of the mind is full submission. With this writing, I now and in this moment surrender all the games of my mind to God and intend for all those who wish to surrender. May this bring healing to all of us. With love.
