THE BEST TEACHERS ARCHIVE: "A BROKEN HEART"

Hello again after a two-month break! Now that we've gathered the trio of 'coffee, cookies, and a comfortable chair,' let's start reading.
Of course, let's not skip our daily check-in…
Are we present in the moment? Where is our attention? If we've lost ourselves in our thoughts, what are we thinking?
Life brings us not only what it gives, but also what it takes away…
During this time, our mood changes, sometimes good, sometimes bad, and even when we cannot choose how we feel, they don’t hesitate to show themselves. Ultimately, not knowing what is best for us can lead to losing control and entering a labyrinth of dead ends.
Sometimes, experiences force us to stay distant for a few months… Eventually, we find that everything is calm. The time to set out on our journey has come…
Will the things that bother us return to our lives after some time? Perhaps the regrets for what we couldn’t do will chase us… It’s a real mystery… So why can’t we take the wind behind us and choose to leave our safe havens? Should we reconsider our definitions of research, dreaming, and discovery?
Are we ready for a new series that will remind us of so many stories? Let’s begin with the first interactive story:
It was dawn. The air had not yet had the chance to become polluted. While I was freely drawing in the fresh oxygen, I caught myself looking to the left again…
“I must stay away from depressive thoughts,” I thought to myself. At the same moment, I remembered the fire burning on the stove. With the boiling sound from the teapot, I was about to enter a new resonance. In the next few seconds, beautiful lines would come, from my fingertips to the screen, gently, of course…
When we are saddened by someone, the first cliché that comes to mind is "you broke my heart." When something really bothers us, we say, "my heart aches..."
Why do we create these kinds of definitions?
Even though it’s impossible to always be happy, why are we so negatively affected when something bad happens?
What attitude do we show in the face of the catastrophes that happen to us? What avoidance behaviors take over us? What acceptance supports us? For example, have we gone through the "five stages of grief"?
What are the things we hold on tightly to, afraid to let go? Events, people…
Is the definition of freedom properly registered in our subconscious? Or do we define "freedom" as going out in the morning and wandering the streets until the evening?
“While time flies, where have we spent the dwindling time of our lives?” Is the strength of our ego still controlling us?
There are not many good teachers in life, but when we encounter these situations, which are the most obvious and can happen at any time, we move forward slowly.
It is said that the best teachers are time, rejection, failure, an empty wallet, experiences, and heartbreaks… Once the words are spoken, we’ll add a few anecdotes and return to the topic we created, leaving the answers to the questions we asked above to the initiative of your hearts. This will be a session-like work…
• When was the last time your heart was broken?
• Why did you engrave this situation as a detail in your memory?
• How did this event affect your psychology?
• Did you get over it, or is there still a meeting in your dreams?
• How many days did it occupy your mind?
• What coping strategies did you use?
• How many times does it come to your mind during the day?
• Were you able to follow and apply the advice "life goes on"?
• Does it come to your mind every time you listen to that song? What’s your trigger?
• How many books have you read about this situation, and how many seminars or events have you attended?
• How many years will you remember the same event?
• Why can’t you forget it?
• Which scenarios have you created to change the course of the event?
• How many seasons is the story playing in your mind?
• What avoidance behaviors did you show?
• What are the things preventing you from letting go? For friends who got lost in the confusion and perhaps had an "anxiety attack that must happen," here’s one last question:
• Do you think this event will matter in five years? How will it affect you?
Although we know the answers, sometimes we continue on… The most important thing, however, is to stay aware of our thoughts in this chaos. Otherwise, the advice we receive, the therapies we attend, the books we read, and the activities we engage in may not get us out of the cycle, and the material and emotional costs we pay by carrying the same burdens for years can lead to a heavy bill.
We must be very careful, focus on self-confidence and self-identity, sometimes experience selfishness, and on our journey toward being healthy and happy…
Everyone is one, everything is an illusion, and all roads are permissible in this transition through the world, in this awakening, which we chose with our free will at the beginning of time!
Sometimes, it’s best to observe without intervening in people or events… Just like us, everything and everyone comes and goes… The various lives buried in the cemeteries today are also waiting for their inevitable end…
Struggling all the time is not always right. After all, you might still be in the swamp… Relax and let go…
Time and health should be well spent, and that’s all.
