Hdıeodmnahakelfnsmlaşepejdnvcajalakwjznndndkdjdkdmfmeıısmanwlwşşekdjwkanmaaaoaoaoojdmdmrnejekmekksnevejsksknsnskso...... This Week’s Article is for Those Who Can’t Escape Their Mind or Struggle with Meditation...

If you find yourself going back and forth between thoughts all day, if this has become a habit, if you are in constant battle with your mind, or if you just wish for a moment of silence from your inner voices, the answer lies in the meaningless letters of the first paragraph…

Let me tell you about this wonderful technique.

Sit or lie down—it doesn’t matter.

Eyes open or closed—it doesn’t matter.

Place and time—it doesn’t matter.

Of course, our preference is sitting cross-legged, eyes closed, and without leaning back. :)))

Start saying words in your mind that your brain is not familiar with. Make sounds that have no meaning. Bring letters together without aiming to form a real word. In fact, do it right now—experience what happens. Just don’t stop because it feels silly. By doing this, you will have successfully distracted your mind, the very thing that constantly tries to hijack your attention, and taken away its energy. This way, your energy remains with you. After a while, your brain will shift from beta waves to alpha, and then to delta. You will naturally feel this transition as a sense of relaxation and detachment from your mental chatter. Then comes the connection with your inner infinity, with yourself…

And not only will you feel relaxed, but since your energy will shift from your mind back to you, your brain will break free from its usual repetitive loops. As a result, energy will start flowing to the unused areas of your brain, firing up different neural circuits. This will lead your mind to think differently, and new ideas will come to you. At an unexpected moment, you’ll find yourself saying, “How did I not think of this before? It’s so simple!”—and you’ll discover solutions to your problems, without a doubt.

Come, let’s experiment with this technique that might seem silly or absurd at first. Use it to shift your mind—your internal operating system—a little. Then, see what your updated mind brings to you.

Believe me, it’s worth trying.
