All living beings vibrate at different frequencies, and these vibrations are directly related to their emotional state at any given moment. A high-frequency vibration is like being lifted off the ground—it allows you to see life from above and is one of the most important ways to realize the true purpose of life and your existence in this world.
So, how can we raise our frequency, and more importantly, how can we maintain it? The first condition is self-acceptance and self-love. When you wake up in the morning, before jumping out of bed, take a moment to reflect on your achievements. Then, look in the mirror and unconditionally accept your face, your body, and all your organs with love and gratitude. From there, it becomes even easier: smile at every living being you encounter with love and compassion. But let this be a genuine smile—not just from your face but from your heart. You will be surprised to see how the energy you give out comes back to you.
You will find that you no longer judge people based on their current situation, actions, or physical appearance because you can never truly know what they have been through or what they carry inside.
After adopting this mindset, it is essential to stay away from energy vampires—people or situations that drain you emotionally. Taking a break from television and social media is also crucial since, nowadays, 90% of the news is negative, designed to make you anxious about the future and lower your energy. Society discourages questioning; only those who live in fear stop questioning and remain in a state of passive acceptance. Have you ever wondered why fluoride is added to city water supplies worldwide? I encourage you to research its effects on the brain. Or why religions continuously instill fear of hell?
Remember, your energy defines who you are in that moment. Low energy not only leads to emotional distress but eventually manifests as physical illness.
"Look within yourself…
Your essence, your words, your being…
Do not concern yourself with others!
What they eat, what they wear—Why should it matter to you?
Nourish yourself…With knowledge, with love, with compassion…
Only then will you reach
The virtue of being truly human…"
