LIGHT AND BREATH
Are we aware of how much meaning we place on ourselves, our surroundings, and our lives as spiritual beings who have come to this world to experience being human?
In fact, we are the ones who make this experience difficult for ourselves by loading it with our own meanings. It's always our efforts to "become" something. Our labels... Our identities... Our constant attempts to make something happen.
Most of the time, we feel valuable once we have a certain profession, position, or money. A nice car... A beautiful house... Stylish clothes... Yes, that's when we feel important and valuable...
That car, that house, those clothes are beautiful. They look great on you, no doubt. But they are not you. Take them off, put them aside.
You are not a body with a soul. Come on, take that off; put it aside.
Your name, your profession, your titles are not you. Take them off; put them aside.
Without learning the meaning, it is impossible to understand and use matter properly. This is where our desires, anxieties, and worries begin. If we cannot understand what we are experiencing, this is where our anger begins. This is where our arrogance begins. "Why am I going through this?" "Life is so hard." "How unlucky I am." We keep saying. We struggle in a whirlpool.
Actually, the truth is very simple. We experience what we need. That's all that is happening. Life is constantly telling us something. We don't stop to listen to it, we don't give ear to it. It shoves it right in our face, yet we don't look back. We say, "Enough, I'm tired." "They took what's mine." "I’ve always been kind, but received ingratitude." When you say this, stop! Take a breath. A deep, happy breath. Listen with your heart, not with your ears. See with your heart, not with your eyes. What is life telling you? What is life showing you? Now, can you hear and see the truth?
Remember!
"You are a light."
"You are the one who dares to trust what is and what will be."
Look at what life has brought you, see it, and accept it. You can only overcome them by not fighting or resisting, but by accepting them. They are the most right things for your current state. They came to you for your progress, development, and transformation. After all, you wanted to encounter them. They were exactly what you needed. Because life has always said: Change, transform, develop, progress! You were the one who chose to go through it the hard way, perhaps by suffering—because suffering is also a learning process. You were the one who selected it from countless options. Now, it’s time to take on their consequences. Let go of the complaints. Stop blaming others and hiding behind it. What you can see with your eyes is limited to what you know. But nothing is limited by what you know. Stop judging. Nothing is limited by your measures, by your values.
Set aside your ambition, your anger, your arrogance, your despair. Stop! Take a breath. A deep, happy breath. Say:
"I am a light."
"I am the one who dares to trust what is and what will be."
That's it. Look, everything is so easy and flowing.
How do I know? Because I am you.
