LET THE HEALING HAPPEN

We are an extremely emotional nation. What is surprising is that, despite this, it is never considered that diseases could originate from emotional changes. People suspect that we may have caught a cold, not eaten well, or may have become fatigued, or that we haven’t drunk enough water. However, the idea that it could be related to our mental state is never considered. Yet, the body can never be thought of separately from the mind, emotions, and spirit. Focusing solely on the body unfortunately does not take us to the root of the disease, and at times, it might even lead to the belief that once we’ve contracted a terminal illness, nothing can be done.


Focusing on the body and keeping immunity high is helpful to a certain extent. I personally experienced that limit. One day, I made a promise to myself, saying, “From now on, I won’t get the flu.” I paid extra attention to my diet, balanced the cold and hot, and guess what happened? I really didn’t get the flu for a long time, even when everyone at work fell ill, I was genuinely fine. Then, that limit came. Suddenly, I experienced a series of events that upset me, and I got sick out of nowhere. That’s when I said to myself, "No matter how much attention you give to your body, if your mental, emotional, and spiritual balance is not right, illness will knock on your door." So, as you can understand, even if your blood values are perfect, and everything seems fine in your body, sadness and anxiety directly lower your immunity.


In the fast-paced cycle of life, we actually skip the most important thing we need to do. Giving the body the movement it needs. Exercising is of course necessary for muscles, joints, and the circulatory system, etc. But I’m talking about conscious movement, specifically yoga. Because it not only gives the body the movement it needs, but it also becomes a perfect tool for achieving mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical balance. Think about it, how many hours of our day, our 24 hours, do we spend consciously breathing? Perhaps never. Paying attention to our body and breathing in that awareness keeps us so beautifully balanced that our immunity stays high.


I say, if we live consciously, pay attention to our nutrition, maintain the balance of hot and cold, get quality sleep, benefit from sunlight, in short, give the body everything it needs, will we still get sick? Yes, we will. :) Because the body, in our energy field, tries to free us from the outdated emotional patterns that no longer serve us, and will certainly bring people into our lives to help us understand these patterns. In fact, we attract people who point out our wounds, and we say, "How much they hurt me," and we end up judging the other party. We feel sad, complain, judge, get angry, play the victim role, and drag ourselves down. When these things happen, if we look at it as, "This is where I will heal," we can shift our mental activity in a different direction, and therefore, we won’t fall into a negative emotional cycle. But how do we transform it?


First, if we start by changing our perspective, it will take us in the direction of transformation. Sometimes, changing a deep-seated belief we’ve held our whole life can completely bring healing, while other times, it may not be enough. The most important tool that will help us here is Reiki, dear readers. Reiki, as it increases our awareness, will also flow to the emotion we intend to transform, and gladly carry us to a higher version of ourselves. Let Reiki, as a divine guide that greets us at the door to healing, support us in the emotional struggles humanity faces and heal our souls. Let it, and let it make you who you are meant to be, because we are all valuable.
