IN A DIFFERENT WAY

**"How you look at life is how you see it. But what determines how I look at life? In fact, our perception of the world is related to our current state of mind. For example, when we are in love, the world appears so clear to our eyes, and spring seems to be bursting with energy. On the other hand, if we are feeling pain in our hearts, even the humor of that comedian, whom we always found so funny, doesn’t make us smile, even if it's forced. While we're always looking for someone to blame outside, could we actually be the ones fully responsible for everything we've experienced?
Taking full responsibility for everything we've gone through is so challenging that even if we know this, it takes time to accept and process it internally. How do I know this? Because I lived my life this way for a while. I lived it, and each time I thought, "Okay, I am responsible," but there was always a feeling that something was missing next to me. For instance, when something happens, we often ask ourselves, “Why did I go through this?” Personal development and transformation experts would immediately look at what was in their subconscious and seek ways to heal themselves. They know that every person or event we encounter is there to offer us a chance to understand ourselves. Approaching life this way helps us focus on the conscious side of our brain, protecting us from the draining effects of the process, while giving us the chance to remain ourselves. But is every situation I experience related to my subconscious? Even though we bear all the responsibility, I’ve realized that what I teach others or what they teach me may not be what it seems. In short, their reality and my reality may be entirely different. If we’re experiencing something negative, of course, there are low energies like anxiety and fear in our energy field, and the reason it reflects to us is our own energy field. However, facing thousands of situations every day, it’s nearly impossible for our energy field to stay clean all the time. Perhaps there’s nothing in your subconscious that needs transformation. Looking at the situation this way actually becomes a barrier that protects us from the sorrowful and destructive effects of the event. This way of thinking helps to prevent our energy field from remaining stuck in negativity, and it also prevents us from attracting a series of negative events into our lives.
If we determine how we look at what we’ve gone through and life aligns with that, why not choose to look at life from a place that will be better for us? Even though we bear all the responsibility for what we've experienced, thinking about the different realities we have in some situations can save us from great destruction. People change, and if you're stuck in the same cycle, yes, stop and look at your subconscious to understand why you’re going through this. But if what you’re experiencing is not a repetitive situation and it’s only with that person, please don’t let yourself fall into the pain of the situation, as their reality and mine are different. No matter what, protect the child and the power inside you. Good people deserve to smile, not to be sad!
With love."**
