HOW TO INCREASE MY ENERGY?

Our holistic energy depends on our four energy bodies, whose quantity and quality are variable. These are the four fundamental pillars of our existence that interact and permeate each other. Consequently, any rise or fall in these areas affects all aspects of our lives. So, how can I increase my energy?
At the physical level, the amount and quality of energy depend on nutrition, hygiene, movement, sleep, sufficient sunlight and breath, stress levels, genetics (epigenetics is now being discussed), and environmental factors. You can start by improving these aspects as much as possible. My energy levels won't rise without taking care of my physical needs.
At the emotional and mental levels, energy is closely related to how much I engage with things, environments, and relationships that support my growth and nourish me. Additionally, emotional cleansing, balance, resilience, and mental clarity will increase your energy and strength.
At the spiritual level, energy is deeply connected to the types, depth, and intensity of the bonds I form. Do I hear, listen to, and act upon the call of my soul and the voice of my heart? If not, what is needed, and what can I do? Focusing on this, especially regarding spirituality, will cleanse and elevate your energy.
It is essential to have a daily routine that boosts your energy or helps you recover when it drops. A brief routine I can summarize here would look like this… By considering these general guidelines, I'm sure you can create a much more detailed "high-energy agenda" for yourself.
Start the day by honoring it—take a moment to feel, slow down, mute everything, greet the day, and express gratitude. You can do this on all four levels.
Have music in your ears… Use your five senses and different aspects of yourself more.
Take care of your body, set aside time for your basic needs—what kind of movement do you want to do, how do you want to look, where does it want to take you? Maybe looking at yourself naked in the mirror and loving yourself? Healthy foods, sunlight, breathing exercises, a short workout, or perhaps a cold shower.
Don't neglect your daily energy practices—whether it's Reiki, meditation, yoga, or whatever works for you.
Prepare the food you'll consume during the day in advance, meet the needs of your space, take care of it, clean it, charge it, plan your time properly, and identify anything waiting for your contribution or attention today.
Go outside, even if you don't have anything to do!
Take time for yourself! Watch, read, write, listen, deepen, and express! Spend time with reminders, connections, and sources of inspiration, whether it's a hobby, a passion, or a curiosity of yours!
Show care to your loved ones and even more to those you don’t love.
Ask a lot of questions! How can I be more present in the moment? How can I live today more consciously? What do I truly need? Why do I do what I do? What should I reduce/increase? Am I complete? What is possible?
At the end of the day, take a report of your day and give thanks—regardless of how it went, I'm sure you can find at least one good thing; amplify it. If there's something you've been postponing, make it your first priority tomorrow!
If you need to hold onto something, if you're feeling lost, if it’s overwhelming, hold onto just one thing—but hold onto it fully! It will carry you and eventually come together.
Our energy usually drops not because we are exposed to negative energy but because we don’t spend enough time with sources of positive energy that can help us overcome it.
