HOW DO FOODS AFFECT OUR ENERGY? (WHAT IS ACID AND ALKALINE ENVIRONMENT)

If we knew the chemical effect every food we consume has on us, would we pay more attention to what we eat? We have a wonderfully functioning bodily mechanism, and in every action it performs, the body works to protect us. So, how much do we support this well-functioning mechanism? Are we truly eating right? We have a physical body made up of billions of cells. Both health and disease begin inside the cell. The health of each cell directly translates to the overall health of the body.

The health of a cell is connected to the energy obtained through clean eating. This environment, where the food we consume is transformed into energy, is called an ALKALINE environment. In fact, it is the alkaline environment that is necessary for our overall health. In an alkaline environment, cells perform their functions more easily. Why? Because every energy production results in waste, or garbage. The less waste there is, the healthier the cell works. When we eat foods rich in healthy nutrients, the waste produced is minimal, and we can easily eliminate this waste through normal processes like urination, sweating, and breathing. The frequency of healthy food is also higher. Since we are not just a physical body, our energy body also needs to be supported by an alkaline diet. When our frequency is high, the likelihood of contracting diseases decreases.

The opposite of this environment can be defined as an ACIDIC environment. That is, the environment where the foods we consume, which are unhealthy, are converted into energy is called the acidic environment. In an acidic environment, cells perform their functions more difficultly because more waste is produced during energy production. So, what happens when there is more waste? We can answer this as follows: When there is too much waste, the cell has difficulty eliminating it, and when it exceeds its capacity, part of it is stored in the body’s fat, and this is crucial because the body does this to protect itself. What would happen if it didn’t? The waste from the acidic environment would first contaminate the tissue, leading to a loss of function. If it increases further, it damages the organ and causes disease. The energy frequency derived from the acidic environment is also lower, which makes us vulnerable to diseases and lowers our immunity.

IN SUMMARY, THE SYSTEM WORKS LIKE THIS:

We must deliver nourishing substances and oxygen to the cells through the bloodstream. At the same time, we must eliminate the waste, or "garbage," which are the cellular acids that form after the cell’s processes, through the same bloodstream. In an alkaline environment, blood delivers oxygen and nutrients to the cells, which easily pass through the cell walls, allowing them to transform into energy. This also makes it possible for the acid waste produced after the process to pass easily through the cell walls, be transported to the organs that cleanse the acids, and be removed from the body. In contrast, when there is too much waste (garbage), the body struggles to get rid of it. When there is no time left to dispose of it, it is stored in the fat, which is why we involuntarily start gaining weight. In short, we unknowingly enter a vicious cycle.

GOODNESS, THE STATE OF HEALTH, IS LIKE THIS: THE ACID-ALKALINE BALANCE.
