BALANCE IS “YOU”!

The world itself is built on balance. So are our lives. When the dynamics within us are balanced, life is orderly and beautiful. True fulfillment is experienced as a result of a balanced life.

When we talk about balance in a person, we can say that someone is balanced when they maintain harmony in their physical, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and material aspects. Having a job, starting a family, spending time with friends, eating well, exercising, resting properly, dedicating time to hobbies, and having a social life...

A balanced life is one where time is allocated to these activities, allowing for a successful social life and meaningful relationships. If we neglect some of these aspects, our balance may be disrupted. When this happens, we might feel blocked or even as if we are falling behind in life. Establishing and maintaining this balance is not easy—it requires self-awareness, knowing oneself well, understanding one's desires, and learning to use time effectively and efficiently.

The key to enriching life lies in maintaining balance. We may naturally be more inclined toward one aspect of life. For example, our family may come before everything else, or our job may be of utmost importance. However, the crucial point is not to dedicate our entire life to just one area. Our existence should not be solely about work; we must not neglect ourselves. By keeping all these elements in moderation, we can balance our lives.

A wise person was once asked:

"What is poison?"

The sage replied:

"The essence and healing of life lie in staying balanced."

In other words, a balanced life means establishing meaningful relationships with work, family, hobbies, community, and society.

Excess of anything is like a poison that disrupts our balance. Not too tight, not too loose; not too much, not too little... Everything has its measure, and beyond extremes, balance is ideal. We must recognize the aspects of our lives that feel lacking. By focusing on and increasing our awareness, we can identify these gaps and restore balance.

Balance is the secret to a good life. We must carefully maintain the balance of giving and receiving. Whether in social life, work, or personal relationships, we should be aware of what is needed and establish a harmonious exchange. Making good and correct choices and achieving inner peace will naturally follow once we establish our inner balance. We must know ourselves, grow, and remain open to positive transformations, living in balance and harmony with the world.

We mentioned the importance of maintaining the balance of giving and receiving. Love and all other beautiful things grow, are nurtured, and gain continuity when shared correctly and in the right amounts.

We must also balance our energy. Identifying and eliminating the factors that drain and lower our energy is essential. At this point, since we are talking about balance, I recommend Reiki to you. The purpose of Reiki is to increase low life energy, restore balance, and prevent potential problems caused by energy imbalances.
