CONTRIBUTE TO EXISTENCE

What Do You See When You Look at Nature?

Do you notice the grandeur of the mountains,The birds flying together yet freely in a magnificent harmony,The trees giving back to the sky what they take from the earth…

What do you see when you look at nature?

Do you sense the subtle pulse of existence,This state of being that flows in its own rhythm, in its own harmony; The transition from existence to nothingness and from nothingness to existence…

What do you see when you look at nature?

Can you read it like a book? Can you gaze at it with infinite admiration? Can you feel it deep within your heart?

🍀

What are we doing for this world, for this existence, where we find life, breath, and being?

While existence offers us its endless and boundless resources, are we only taking from it, or are we also giving something back in return?

Perhaps while the world continues to move toward darker times, we should strive to evolve toward something better and do our best to keep contributing to existence.

While this existence provides us with at least the oxygen we need to breathe, while we exist through it, let us not turn our backs on it.

So, how can we contribute to existence?

Each of us will choose an action from the infinite possibilities that suit our circumstances, make a decision, and then follow through with it. The action we choose may change over time depending on our situation. What truly matters is consistency—to sustain our contribution to existence regularly.

You don’t need to wait for Monday to start contributing. You can do it at any moment. :)

For example:

  • Pick up a piece of litter and throw it into a bin.

  • Leave a bowl of water outside your home so that the other living beings sharing your space can quench their thirst.

  • Feed the birds or the ants if you wish…

  • Volunteer for an organization.

  • If you have the means, donate to a trusted charity or foundation.

Do what your heart calls for—just that.

Sometimes, people see small actions as insignificant.

They think that only when they do something "big" or "grand" will it truly matter. But this is just a perception. In fact, it can sometimes be a perception that leads to inaction and prevents us from taking a step forward.

There’s a story called The Starfish Story:

A man was walking along the ocean shore when he noticed another man hurriedly throwing something into the sea. As he got closer, he realized that the man was tossing stranded starfish back into the water. "Why are you throwing these starfish into the ocean?" he asked. The man, still focused on his task, replied, "So they can live." The first man then said, "But there are thousands of starfish here. There’s no way you can throw them all back. What difference does it make?" The other man picked up another starfish, threw it into the ocean, and said, "It made a huge difference to that one."

Just like in this story, we may not have the power to save every starfish, but throwing one back into the sea gives that starfish a chance to live.

So, get up right now and take action!

Do something today to contribute to existence!
