CHANGE

I don't think we will ever be taken over by artificial intelligence. Would humankind, which has turned away from its neighbors, family, and even itself, surrender to AI? Joking aside, I believe the future will look more like Star Wars (where AI performs tasks for humans) rather than Terminator (where AI tries to wipe out humanity).

Speaking of intelligence, scientists say that the existing quantum computers are designed to solve specific problems.

In other words, these are supercomputers that can calculate all possibilities where the solutions are already known.

This new technology, inspired by the fundamental working principles of nature, is a product of the last century. Our goal is not to become gods, but we are copying its solutions because quantum systems operate with infinite possibilities.

When we look at the foundations of quantum mechanics, we read in books that Newtonian classical physics does not apply here and that subatomic particles can exist everywhere and nowhere at the same time. The phenomenon, referred to under the concept of the observer effect, states that when observed, electrons behave as waves rather than particles.

This is interpreted to mean that we influence our surroundings with what and how we think. We create our own reality. If we think the same way, follow the same paths, and do the same things every day, we get the same results.

That’s why experts say, "You change, and the whole world changes." If you seek transformation, look within yourself. Or, as some put it, "Our subconscious is our destiny."

Isn't this the reason we started Reiki in the first place—because we could no longer tolerate the same things? Don’t we want to replace negative, anxiety-filled thoughts with positive, love-filled ones? Don’t we want to transform our selfish behaviors, which make us feel bad afterward, into compassionate ones that make us feel good?

Have you ever thought that maybe one of the reasons we constantly deal with the same annoying problems is that we keep thinking about them, either consciously or unconsciously? We create the reality we desire, and reality, in turn, reflects our repetitive thoughts and lifestyle—like a cat chasing its own tail...

Mahatma Gandhi beautifully summarized this idea:

"Watch your words; they will become thoughts.

Watch your thoughts; they will become emotions.

Watch your emotions; they will become behaviors.

Watch your behaviors; they will become habits.

Watch your habits; they will become values.

Watch your values; they will become your character."

So, how do we create this transformation? How do we change ourselves so that the things we desire come to be? In the manifestation practices we do, one reason we use visualization and words is to make space in our lives as if what we desire has already happened.

That is, rather than using the mind as a storage space for past events, we should use it as a tool for shaping the future we want. At the end of all our practices, we affirm, "It is done, it is done, it is done." In this way, our words and thoughts begin to transform into emotions. The more we visualize our desire in detail, the more we increase its likelihood of happening.

We could call this stimulating the quantum field not with five cells, but with fifteen.

Stay with love, stay well…
