TIME TO GET OUT OF THE AMYGDALA

Are you the one managing your mind, or is your mind managing you? Do you generate thoughts based on your emotions, or do your emotions develop as a result of your thoughts? To be honest, our primary purpose in this world is to master our thoughts. If you have a mind that rules you independently of you, it means you still have a long way to go.

Throughout the day, billions of thoughts pass through our minds, and the brain is such a part of us that it processes, deletes, saves, and archives every decision, moving forward. Unfortunately, 95% of people in the world are controlled by the subconscious, which we call the autopilot. Those who shape their lives with the decisions made by the amygdala, also known as the reptilian brain, which governs our survival instincts and tells us to fight or flee, are those who surrender their lives to autopilot. I'm sorry, but even thought patterns are shaped according to this, and then people think they have these thoughts by their own decisions.

Have you ever thought about why you like some foods and dislike others? Do you think it’s just a habit? Who is in control of your life? What determines your thoughts and perspectives about people—your own subconscious filters or the eyes of your conscious mind, your higher version? Those who can manage their thoughts live from the prefrontal cortex, the conscious mind. This means that those who free themselves from the subconscious can shape their lives with their own thoughts. I have no idea how many millions or billions of bits of information are stored in the subconscious. I have no idea how long it would take to clear it. But one thing I have noticed is that when we keep our frequency and emotions high in the present moment, the front part of the brain can be actively used. I’m not saying that we should just let the subconscious stay as it is and focus on the prefrontal cortex to live. After all, since the primary duty of the subconscious is to try to keep us alive, doing such a thing wouldn’t be very possible. Have you ever looked at the universe with these eyes? Everything is programmed to sustain life; it’s such a powerful program that, for example, if your hand is cut, there’s a group of cells that rush to heal the wound. You might understand the power of the subconscious from here. What I mean is that, yes, it’s not easy to redirect such a powerful program according to your will, especially if you haven’t changed your perspective yet. If you’ve made a decision but don’t know how to do it, you can start by focusing on yourself.

As we walk the path of being ourselves, the more we can shift our attention to positive frequency emotions and thoughts, the more we can live life from a higher version. Every being has a certain frequency, and whether it’s high or not depends on the positive or negative energies it holds in its energy field. People with a high frequency can easily get what they want in life. Therefore, while focusing on living the moment with high frequency, it’s also necessary to cleanse ourselves from the negative energies that lower the frequency in our subconscious, such as fear, anxiety, anger, rage, etc. In fact, to create our desires in the present moment, I would say that these cleansing processes are essential. If your desires haven’t been realized yet, I can tell you that it’s entirely up to you. It’s a tough statement to accept, and although it’s much easier to shift the responsibility to others, the truth is this.

I wish you a new year where your focus is on yourself. A year when you get out of the amygdala and come back to yourself!
