Acceptance brings the mind back to its starting point. If I were to express it with numbers, it keeps you exactly at 0, not in the past (-1) or the future (+1).
Acceptance may be registered in the subconscious after being said hundreds of times, but it will only settle in a subconscious that has rejected it a million times.
Acceptance may come all at once, or it may be possible after a long journey of letting go of the "I"s.
You might think, "I did it," and then, isn't it beautiful? Just like a snake shedding its skin, another "I" will be cast off. A little more acceptance will come.
For someone who accepts, encountering the truth of what is not, is the most beautiful training of the mind.
Acceptance is to approve from the heart, to know from the heart. To remember what you know is to persuade and for the mind to reach the 0 point, which is the heart center.
At this point, the truth of self-love will embrace every part of you.
A baby is pure love. The mind doesn't say "I," first in the fetal position in the mother's womb, then like a sage connected to the world with love.
Human beings are on a journey to reach this fetal position and to know that they are pure love.
Babies don’t strive to be loved or to love, and this is what acceptance will lead us to.
We exert a lot of effort to love and be loved. This effort is like the mind without acceptance, which, like a cat chasing its tail, stops and turns in place. A person who accepts their own reality will stay at the 0 point, in other words, in love.
Being balanced is also like the 0 point.
The effort to keep balance will again disturb the balance. Knowing that you are love means understanding that whatever is experienced is a process that matures the person. It means noticing that.
A person who knows they are love, even if they freeze like a cat chasing its tail, may begin to turn to love, who knows?
Greetings to all humanity, to those who walk the path of love, who encourage and inspire us to walk this path.
You are not alone...
If you have read this, go ahead and say:
......... (your name)
I love you.
I accept and approve you as you are.
